There are 2 ways to create a report
1. While adding a chart/cost element from the cost analysis page, Asset Owners can create a new report and add the element to it.
2. Asset Owners can go to the dashboard, and click on Reports. In there, users can create a new report, which will now be visible in the cost analysis page, when a user is adding a chart/graph element.
